Appetizers (passed or stations)

Croquettes - Choice of ham, salmon, or sofrito. With flour, garlic, onion, bell peppers, butter, spices, breaded and fried, and a touch of lime. 

Tostones - Crisp, fried green plantains, topped with garlic-citrus mojo sauce,  chives, and sea salt.

Pinchos / Skewers - Spanish cured ham, or chorizo, manchego,  pimento-stuffed olives, and sweet cherry tomato; OR smoked salmon, mozzarella, lemon wedge, and sweet cherry tomato; OR 
roasted green and red bell peppers, onion, squash, and fresh cucumber, and cherry tomato

Tapas de Berenjena - Grilled eggplant, sweet yam, and fresh cucumber rounds, sandwiched, with tomato garlic pesto.

Dessert

Tres Leches Cupcakes - Unforgettable rum-infused three milks cupcakes, vanilla or chocolate.

Entrees

Calabaza con Mojo - Butternut squash, simmered until tender, topped with abuela Estela’s garlic sauce,  toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh parsley.

Picadillo de Soya - Cuban style vegetarian hash, seasoned with bell peppers, onion, garlic, pimento-stuffed olives, raisins. Topped with golden potato cubes.

Fricase de Pollo - Chicken thighs and legs, bone-in, marinated overnight and braised in dry wine, with bell peppers, garlic, onion, tomato, and potatoes. Topped with petit pois.

Lechón Asado - Pork roast, the classic slow-roast seasoned with garlic, cumin, onion, and citrus juice, certainly a must for an authentic Cuban occasion.

Ropa Vieja - Shredded flank steak, traditional style, simmered until irresistibly juicy in a tomato, sherry, bell pepper, garlic, and onion, sauce, topped with pimentos.

Sides

Rice & Beans - seasoned with green bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, bay leaves, and love.
Plantains - sweet, essential, irresistible, and memorable.
Bread and Butter - assortment of freshly baked breads and butter.

Salads

Seasonal - Heirloom and vine-ripened tomatoes, avocados, red onions, seasonal blossoms, basil, vinaigrette.

House
- Mixed greens , cherry tomatoes, cucumber rounds, and purple, and green cabbage, house vinaigrette.

- Tart green beans, tomato, and cucumber rounds in red wine, balsamic vinaigrette.
